Dear Java believers , I scheduled my exam on 30 of September I am currently at inner classes chapter I studied the chapter 9 & 10 before 4 months,my question is
Do you recommend me to do mocks(Whizlabs & ExamLab) first and then review the whole book or do you recommend to review the book again and then to do the mocks
by the way should i do both (whizlabs & examlab ) or one is enough ??!
and do I have the time ( note that i work from 8 am : to 6:00 pm)
Thank you all ..
I feel that you should first read the book. That will clear the concepts. It has been quite a long time since you read the last 2 chapters so reviewing them will be a good idea. Then you can go for the mocks. Examlab and Master Exam should be enough...
yeah thats for sure I am going to study the last two chapters , but I am saying should I revisit the whole book again ? or should I start with mocks ? ( after I am done with the last two chapters )
Well i prefer you give the diagnostic exam of the examlab and then you will know how much you remember based on the pace your reviews of the particular chapters. If you are in the inner class chapter then i think its better you give the diagnostic exam. I don't know about Whizlab but Examlab is really good. ALso masterexam is good.
The Kathy Sierra study guide is amazing. It offers a summary and bullet point section at the end of each chapter. This way it's easy to skim over the whole book again.
I would say that you should go for mock exams after you read the last 2 chapters. Then you can read the topics that you got low scores in from the book...

I'd say you should go over the mock questions you had problems with, and understand why they were a problem, and understand the solution. Then you're good.
thank you all for the replies but i guess my problem was not writing notes on a flash cards or something while I was reading i think this would helped .. hehe every thing bates & seira say is right cause they mentioned this on the first pages
