Hi,
I am from India. I have an overall experience of two and a half years in Software Development using Java/J2EE technologies. I have been looking for a job switch since last November but since the recession started I have not been receiving any call from companies. Not sure if they dont like my resume or if I dont match the required job profiles. I have worked on multiple technologies like : Struts, JSF, Spring, GWT. I usually look for job through job portals and recently started looking for jobs through a networking site.

Could anyone suggest me some techniques to search jobs and what extra details can I put in my resume other than the usual stuff so that I can grab the attention of the employer or whoever scans my resume.

Thanks.

I guess I've been abducted by space aliens. So unprofessional. They tried to probe me with this tiny ad:
