DAO implementation should use HibernateTemplate or SessionFactory? All DAO class extends Hibernate Support.

If you're using Hibernate 3, don't need to use HibernateTemplate, read Spring JavaDoc for more information.

Here you can have an explanation about the use of templates and why they are obsolete since Hibernate 3.0.1.
