I do not know the JVM that is runs on Windows CE ?
If you have the answer, please send me the link for downloading the JVM.

Microsoft hates Java and has ever since they tried to "embrace, extend, and extinguish" it and Sun sued them for it and won. So no Microsoft product comes with a JVM.

JVMs in mobile devices are usually supplied by either the device manufacturer or the phone service provider. Those are the only 2 groups who normally know enough about the device's inner workings to be able to customize a JVM to run in that device. As well as being the only 2 groups who have total access to the interior resources of the device.

IBM used to have a "portable" J2ME JVM called J9 (also known as WebSphere Anywhere). But they don't seem to support it anymore.
