Our current health care web application is in a process of revamp. In the meanwhile I need your helpful comments.

In our application currently we have used simply JSP and AJAX to populate some rich client data grids, and these grids takes too much time to populate. I have heard about Adobe Flex that it is useful in building such types of rich user interfaces. Is that really true what I have heard about Adobe Flex? I must tell you that almost 400 to 600 hundred clients use our current application at a given time.

Or we should we use some other technology to build such data grids

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Regards,
Pomy
