well one of the co-rancher had specied issue about drag and drop questions that if we revisit those questions again then answers will be reset. .

is it tru? is it true for scwcd too? if so, all the answers are reset or only that particular answer will be reset?

For SCJP only the Drag and Drop question that review is reset. The engine must be the same for SCWCD, wo I suppose this is what will happen in it too...
