Yeah, sure. They are predicting end of the world all the time, but since now nothing is happened (what could this mean?). I have no idea who is getting any benefit from this b.s. .

You mean that there are software Internet web bots that believe this?
Wow! I didn't know that there are artifical intelligent, sentient programs that can believe in things! Are those bots written in Java? Do you have a tutorial for how to write a sentient Internet web bot?
Oh, and please give me all your money and posessions on December 21, 2012! Because you won't need them anyway when the world ends on December 22, 2012!

You are afraid because some random people on the Internet are talking about some vague nonsense? Do you also believe in everything that's on TV and in the newspapers? You need to brush up your critical thinking skills, otherwise cunning people will take advantage of you.
Remember that if there is a beginning, there is an end.

Can you give me your account number and full name ?
If you've ever watched Titanic, you'd be well aware of how in a catasptrophe its always women and children(oddly) and the extremely wealthy(justifiably) that are rescued first for some reason.
Since you are probably no millionaire and cannot benjamin button your way back in into a child and if you are to realistically have a shot of survival and are really serious and committed to self preservation and you think I am hinting towards breast implants....well you wouldn't be wrong!.
Get it done now before this idea catches on and the demand drives the price for silicon beyond the reach of most.

Isaiah 24:1 Behold, the Lord makes the earth empty, and makes it waste, and turns it upside down.
Substantial portions of the earth are empty already (ignoring the fact that with a different definition of "empty" all parts of Earth are teeming with life), sizeable parts of it have been wasteland for all practical purposes for a long time, and Australians were always upside down (no slight to Kiwis intended, or course). So what else is new?

I'm sure the Myan calendar runs out in 2012 for no other reason than that he hand of the the guy chiseling it out on rocks or whatever just got tired.
The Mayan year 13.0.0.0.0 is both the start and end of the Mayan calendar. It doesn't represent death, destruction, or end of times, it is rebirth, a gift, and a promise of another 5000+ years.
