Hello All,

I passed SCWCD today with a score of 86% My preparation took 2 months (not regular study). I studied HSJF and followed this forum to clear my doubts. I am thankful to the guys who contributed to the forums here.
Now i am planning to write SCDJWS.

Congrats on a great score....

I would like to know is HFJS the only book that you referred to? Also can you give me the mocks that you tried to prepare for the exam. Also please tell me the amount of study per day that was required for the preparation?

Thanks Nitish.
Yes I read only HFSJ and practiced the mock exam given at the end of book. This book covers all the required topics for the exam and I enjoyed reading the book.
Amount of study depends on your existing knowledge of servlets and jsps etc. I am already working on jsps and servlets and spent more time on unknown topics to me. Approximately i have spent 80 - 100 hours for preparing the exam.

Please follow the SCWCD forum. Most of the mock exam questions and concepts are discussed here extensively. Please check your PM

Actually i had used jsps and servelets for a mini project long time back. It was an online transaction system. Well now to refresh some knowledge there are no better book than the head first books so i asked. Just for knowledge i am currently learning the EJB and then will move on to JSPs and servelets.
