jsr 168 cooperative portlets, help please

hi all

i am a newbye in portlets and english
so i am sorry in advance for these

i am trying to pass data form one portlet to another during a half month
but unsuccessed

i use several tutorials but no one of them helped me
one of them here:
ibm tutorials

so i must beg help from experts

i am using jsr 168 portlets, ibm websphere portal 5.1, rad 7

help please

in Portlet One
i am gettin datas from xml and printin them like links

                        Node type = list.item(k);

			String fn = type.getAttributes().getNamedItem("fn").getNodeValue().toString();//file name
			String tx = type.getAttributes().getNamedItem(lang_value).getNodeValue().toString();//text

			PortletURL this_portlet_action_url = renderResponse.createActionURL();
			this_portlet_action_url.setParameter("my_param", fn);

			String ss = "<a href='" + this_portlet_action_url.toString() + "'>" + tx + "</a><br/>";
			pw.print(ss);

and getting my param in processAction

public void processAction(ActionRequest request, ActionResponse response) throws PortletException, java.io.IOException {
		String my_param = request.getParameter("my_param");

//HOW TO SEND my_param TO PORTLET TWO?
//BUT I DO NOT WANT TO USE PortletSession
	}
