I am trying to install BMC Remedy on Tomcat 6.
After installing, i got some errors in logs regarding missing libs.
I manually copied the jars:
catalina-storeconfig-5.5.15.jar
catalina-cluster-5.0.28.jar
commons-logging-5.5.23.jar

Then the server would start and stop immediately with no warning.
Here's the log:

May be a version mismatch of the jar files.

How can I confirm that?
Is it dependent on tomcat or jre?
Is jre / tomcat not backward compatible to old jars?

Where do I get the correct versions of jars?

I am also facing the same issue.
Any solution?

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
