Hey,

I passed the exam today with 79%.
I can really satisfy with that marks because i only read HFSJ. I didnt do any mock exams like wizlabs or enthuware(only the HFSJ final mock exam).
(I am having my university exams also so kind of didnt have much time.)
actually it was quite hard to remeber the content of HFSJ well 800 pages (may be only to me )and i have read the book twice and again read only the high lighted points several time but still did not remeber some points at the exam (eg: some API methods )

by the way why the exam having a 15 minits survey before exam asking about our knowledge (no knowledge at all,beginner,intermediate,expert, etc) on different sections..i was marked them as either expert or intermedia.
Do we get easy questions if we mark as them beginner?

so my next goal is to pass SCBCD and i am pretty sure for that exam i have to do lot of practicle stuff rather than reading a book. so i will do it by take my time (hopefully ill join with industry next month once my uni exams over). Also i like to do the SCDJWS but definitely after SCBCD (really at the moment i dont know what the hell is Java Web Services, just know the name only but i hope its an cool exam and will be really usefull and widely use in industry )
)

I would like to really thankfull for all the ranchers help me with clearing my doughts. Also like to thankfull specially the forum leader Christophe and my ranch friend Chinmaya for the great support they gave and giving for the java community. (this site shows how powerful the java community is..really very cool)

i am wishing all the very best for the ranchers on their exams and their carrier

Thank You

No that doesn't effect the questions that you get...

Congratulations and thank you for the kind words. You've been working hard.

Sun uses the answers to evaluate how hard the exam is. For example, is you reply "Beginner" for all questions and get 100% at the exam, this would mean that the exam is too easy.

Do we get easy questions if we mark as them beginner?

Of course not

Yes, there is no book like HF yet, so you'll have to practice. Good luck.
