Guys,

I just installed a brand new version of the JBoss AS 5.1.0 GA to my machine and just though of exploring more on it. The question that I have is on the need of the client folder. What does this offer to the JBoss AS installation?

The client folder contains all the jboss specific (and dependency) jars which a remote (standalone) client program can add to their classpath to access JBoss services on the server.
