How to convert pdf file to xml using java

I want to convert PDF form to xml format.

This is how work.

1) End user attach pdf file with browser
2) parser extract form
3) create a xml file

What should the format of the XML be like? There is no "natural" conversion, so you need to tell us in detail what the result should be like. For example, how would forms, images and layout be translated into XML?

There are various libraries that can extract text from a PDF; check the http://faq.javaranch.com/java/AccessingFileFormats page for some links.
