download file using h:commandLink or h:graphicImage

Hi,

I have a created a download Image on a page.
My requirement is that when the user clicks on the download image, he should be able to download the file associated with the Download link.

I'm not able to achieve this because h:commandLink and a4j:commandLink generate href="#"

I'm using JSF with facelets and richFaces

Please help
