Maybe this is a stupid question, But I really don't know the answer.

I read the Expresso document and see the following:

Expresso extends the Apache Jakarta Struts framework and by estimates these two popular frameworks comprise 85% of the OSS Java application framework community market.


BTW, what is "WASP"?
I think it maybe some kind of IDE, isn't it?

OSS means Open Source Software-
WASP- I thought was the web standards project
