Request upload rights!

Hello,

finally, i want to upload my assignment in the next days (tomorrow maybe), but before
i should request the uploading rights, so my questions is, when i do that, should i adhere to some time limit
for the actual uploading or can i do this in the next few days?

I asked for uploading rights at the beginning of the week and uploaded my assignment on a friday.
