Hi All,

I have an ear file deployed in JBOSS and this application is in live. Now I have add few files to the ear file. Is there any other approach of adding the required files as a patch to the ear file instead of re-generating the entire ear file.

Please help regarding this.

Thanks
Murthy

What kind of files? New classes? New JARs? New WARs?

You could use exploded deployment. Then you could simply add the new files to the exploded app directory. You will need to "touch" the application.xml file afterwards to get the app to redeploy to pick up the new files.

Hi

Thanks for the reply.

I have .class files to add Jar file inside of the ear file. As well .xml files to add into both Jar & War which are inside of the ear file.

Thanks
Murthy
