Hello everyone,

I'm looking to partner up with developer who know how to use FreeMarker, Spring and Hibernate. GWT would be nice but not so important for now.

I developed professional polished business plan, established development milestones, established professional connections with advisory board and developed functional website ITeezy.com.

I spend over two years working on all of the above and invested a lot of my own money into it. Right now I'm trying to acquire seed financing but that can take up to 6 months.

I'm looking for someone who has time and means to help me finish the website to production stage.
I'm located near New York NY (Westchester to be exact). I would not have problem partnering up with group. As long as at least one individual could take CFO/Sales hats for some time. Connections and some pull in private investment industry would be nice but not necessary.
Please note that company shares is all I have to offer. This is not "I will pay you for job" kind of thing. More of "take stock and possibly get rich later".

I'm not expecting for people to just sign up with me through this forum. I'm merely trying to find out if anyone has word of advice where to go or what to do to get in touch with the right people.

Please note that to reveal more detail about the venture other than the website, I would need sighed NDA and do little screening on person(s) I would be dealing with. I would prefer dealing with people from the Tri-State (NY, CT, NJ) area or at least one member of the team should be from that area.

Hi there again,

since most of you guys are not located in Tri-State area, I can offer contingency until I get the financing at which point you can cash out and continue to work for your standard hourly fee payed at completion of features. People who would eventually devote a lot of time in the the project will have option of stock instead of cashing out.

I'm looking not just for programmers but of SEO and SEM professionals, as well as research and data analytic specialists.
The goal of the pilot is to bring some decent traffic to the site to solidify the offering to the investors.

Feel free to continue sending me private messages.

Mat
