We want to sync outlook contacts with our web based product? how can i do this?

You may need to write a Outlook Plugin, which in turn will sync the contacts with your web-server.
Writing Outlook Plugins requires VB/VC++/.NET.

There are many mentioned here, but not sure if they will fit in with your exact requirements of syncing contacts with your application server.

In any case writing Outlook Plugins should not be a very difficult task for a .NET developer.
