I am looking for a job in Mumbai.
I have 1 year of experience and worked in Java.
What could be the ideal skillset for a candidate having an year of experience?

And anyone here know a good recruitment agency in Mumbai where I can enroll myself?

Thanks in advance.

James,

Is it mandatory to know a framework like Spring or Struts for must?

And what all I need to know when XML comes into picture?

Nothing is mandatory, definitely not for a One year experienced developer.
