how to create installers,like on double clicking on that jar the program will run.
how to create that type intallers or runners.

I think you are confusing two concepts.

Installers are applications which install some other application on to your system.
What you are describing is just file association. When you install the JRE on to your system (using the installer!), it maps the .jar extension to open with javaw.
Not not all jar files are self executable, except the ones whose manifest file contains the main class entry. Most of the times jars are used as library files.

Now if you tell us what exactly you are trying to do here, we can be of further help.

hi thanks for the reply,i want to know about serf executing jars.
i have created some classes,now i need to put them in a jar file and on double click on the file my program should execute.

Like I said, all you need to do is provide the Main Class attribute in your manifest file. The value of this attribute should point to the class which contains the main method.
