Generate user defined exception from WSDL using JAX-RPC  RSS feed

I am having problems generating a user defined fault(exception) from a WSDL using JAX-RPC.

I want a simple exception i.e.


All the documentation I have read says this:


However I cannot figure out what I need to do in the binding section. Also this generated class does not derive from java.lang.Exception.

Can someone please show me an example of a WSDL with a user defined exception that actually works.

The WSDL spec tells you what to do in the binding section when declaring a fault on an operation:
http://www.w3.org/TR/2001/NOTE-wsdl-20010315#_soap:fault
The result may look something like this:
