Can't say I'm proud but the women at Prometric said that during 20 years she had never seen someone get a score dead on the pass mark.

I managed to achieved such a dreadful score in 2 weeks revision using:

- Mikalai Zaikin notes: http://java.boot.by/scea5-guide/ (many thanks)
- Whizz Labs Mock exams (Which gave me a false sense of security)
- Head First Design Patterns
- Core J2EE Patterns
- And internet research

I personally thought there were not many questions on Patterns which I had spent most of my time studying.

Now onto Part 2. I've just purchased the assignment which I must say is a terrible user experience. Sun Training should sort this out. I'm currently living in Australia so have to use Sun Partner AOMIT as Suns ecommerce site does not work!

I've got a few questions regarding Part 2 and 3 which hopefully someone can help:

1) How detailed should the UML diagrams be? I've read UML Distilled which states using UML as a Sketch, Blue Print or Programming language. Which one are the assessors expecting?

2) Is there a test assignment solution knocking about somewhere which I can use as a guide for the deliverables ? E.g. UML notation, non functional requirements

3) Can you take the part 3 exam before part 2 is marked? Is part 3 a set of generic questions about the assignment or specific to your solution?

Many thanks in advance

D

Low score but you passed anyways, congratulations.
You said you did not get too many questions on design patterns, so in which other areas did you get questions ?
