Are there any sites as awesome as this one to help prepare for Microsoft certifications (new management in place; everything converting to Microsoft except we'll keep our java code we have)

If I might suggest using the search functionality - this has been discussed quite a bit in the past.

I looked, and didn't see any older posts, that still have good links.

*cough*here*cough*

You didn't look very hard.

The point, which I've made several times previously, is more that there are few sites that are on par with this one, in the .NET space, especially for certification. I can't really think of any that I highly recommend - techexams.net is the most prominent MS exam site I've seen, but their developer board is all but dead.

You might try Usenet instead, since there seems to be more discussion about Microsoft certifications there.
