I have my start up company which is offering Website related services. We want to start and jump into IT consulting work as well. I want to know how is the market? Also, what are the consulting rates nowadays? Right now my company is sole proprietor? Do we need to make our company corporation to hire consults from other countries? How we get our commission being bridge between Client and Consultant?

Thank You,
Angela
