and when i am tring to run this it is giving following exception and i kept the .jasper file in the current folder ...i tried putting ./ before file name also plase help....

Please refrain from using big font sizes for complete posts; they're meant to highlight short excerpts. Also, in the future please UseCodeTags. It's unnecessarily hard to read the code without them, making it less likely that people will bother to do so.

Web apps have no concept of a working directory. The way you're loading the file it needs to be present in the classpath of the web app; is that the case?
