With any Java code using JPDA can remote debug anything. Are you using an IDE. In both Eclipse and IntelliJ I can set break points in Aspect classes and step through the code.
In essence it really is no difference than debugging any Java code.

I have worked extensively with architecture jsf-spring-hibernate, and I want to improve my level architecture, my next project will be done with AOP, EJB3 and other design-patterns.
I do not know if your book about AspectJ will help me to achieve my goal
