is HFSJ book is enough for good score ?
give some suggestions.

In addition to the HFSJ book, try to give a few mock exams. Go here for a list of mock exams. Also I would recommend that you read the Specs, it contains a lot of details, but you can clear the exam with a good score without reading it too...

I need some idea about the SCWCD5 study companion book by Charles lyons. I also have access to Head first Servlets and JSP. Which one is better?
