I have RAD 7 installed on my laptop and under Windows XP Prof servicepack3. I would like to know, will it work if I install Tomcat web server and NetBeans IDE on the same laptop. I believe RAD 7 using JDK 1.5, but new version of Tomcat requires new version of JDK. I will appreciate any help.

Rad works using its internal IBM JVM.
There is nothing related to the VM installed on your machine.
Install the matching version of Java for Netbeans.

Things will work fine.
