Hi Guys,

I would like to know which Spring version is compatible with JDK / JVM 1.4? Any suggestions. I'm just checking out the SpringSource.com and will post the solution here if I find it. But if any case anyone knows that out of experience, please help me here!

There are no release docs available at the SpringSource website,

http://www.springsource.com/download/community

Any ideas guys?

Spring version 2.5.x still can partially support JDK 1.4, but of course some modules, such as Spring annotations, @AspectJ, etc will not work with JDK 1.4. The safest bet is to go for Spring 1.x if you're using JDK 1.4.

I thought of using Spring 2.0.0. Anyways to be safer I'd go with Spring 1.0.0. Thanks!
