I have user function in my PostgreSQL database that returns user defined type containing int[] and double precision [] columns. Until now I have been using JBoss 4.2.3 and by adding

to server/default/conf/standardjbosscmp-jdbc.xml I was able to get the result correctly mapped to java types.

Now I have switched to JBoss 5 and all this entity manager stuff. I try to invoke my function:

entityManager.createNativeQuery("SELECT * FROM my_func(?,?,?,?)").setParameter(1, .....

and I still keep getting org.hibernate.MappingException: No Dialect mapping for JDBC type: 2003

I there any simple way to fix this? I thought using native query will bypass all hibernate restrictions/default mappings and will work as java.sql.Connection.prepareStatement or prepareCall...
It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
