We can give final submission jar file name scjda-<testingid>.jar

correct?

Do we need to specify the elements/contents of submission jar file in choices.txt ?
that is already given in Sun instruction what is should contains

Check the ScjdFaq.

No need to describe the content of your submission jar in the choices.txt
