For those who do not know it a "gola" or is a ball of shredded ice, lumped around the end of a stick. It is usually sprinkled with color and flavor. Sort of poor man's icecream.

They'd be selling this for 30-40 rupees, I guess, though you can get it in 5 rupees in any road side thela (shop).
