Hi. I have login functionality requirements in my web app. Hence I have the following

applicationcontext.xml

If the user is able to login successfully, what I want is for the users details to be retrieved from the database and stored in the user object for the remainder of the session.

PersonDaoImpl.java

After I have stepped through the above code in debug mode user.username is still null??? (the username string passed into the method is as I expect)
Also does anyone know how I can get the real user object as opposed to what I am getting at the moment: Users$$EnhancerByCGLIB$$30c9d74b

With a little knowledge, a cast iron skillet is non-stick and lasts a lifetime.
