I've deployed a WAR file to Tomcat's webapps directory. However, when I go to its url --- http:xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8080/WebApp/index.jsp --- I get a 404 error response stating: The requested resource (WebApp) is not available. I've checked Tomcat's manager tool, and it indicates that the application is present and running. Anyone know what's wrong? Thanks.

Try opening the catalina logs. Also if you are not starting the tomcat as service, monitor the console when tomcat starts. There could be some potential warnings or exceptions.

Cheers
Aneesh
