Is this site or offer authentic?
http://www.windows7giveaway.com
They are charging USD 25 for shipping and surprisingly the payments URL is not even https!!!

Any clue if it's a phishing site? How can one report or verify authenticity of such sites with Microsoft?

The only mentions of the site Google turns up are other people asking if the site is legit. No bloggers or press? Very suspicious.
I entered a bogus email and the next page said "To qualify for this offer, you'll need to invite 5 or more of your friends to this website using the form below:", so yea, it's like those "you won a free ipod*" (*as soon as we get all your friend's emails) scams.

You just have to fill in your name and e-mail address and you'll receive a free copy of Windows 7 Ultimate!

Remember: If something looks as if it's too good to be true, you can be quite certain that it is indeed too good to be true.

Totally fake. Note that there is no information at all on the website about who's behind this and why they are doing this.

I'm so glad it's fake. It's horrible to think that anyone would be so twisted as to be sending poor, unsuspecting people free copies of Windows. It's like sending out free samples of PCP.

Maybe the spam industry is behind it? They probably need more zombies to handle the load.

Slightly diverting..

Beware of "Antivirus Pro 2010" its fake antivirus (actually virus). It troubled me a lot when I was not sure about such site & visited to download some open source jar files.
