THe problem is that i dont where to start it so can you please help me on this matter. Can you please give me a sample code that will help me a lot. Please make my grades higher hehehehehhe. TNX A LOT.

Welcome to the JavaRanch.
We enjoy helping people learn, but we ask that you Do Your Own Homework.
A good starting place is the Java Tutorial. It covers the basics of File IO and Creating a GUI.
Your best bet is to split your project up into several manageable parts and try to master each one instead of trying to tackle the entire task at once.
