Obviously Tom cruise. he is a Scientologist so I think he may know a thing or two about science or atleast be way more scientifically inclined then his rivals. This by itself would give me an edge over Brad Pitt.

This is for sure if I hire either of them getting work done from female developers in my team will be difficult. So if I hire one of them & one actress, which actress should I select?
