Are these things normal for scjp certification?

Hi,please please read the following and help me-

is it an error if the 'publish credentials' option of certmanager database account shows 'no credentials to publish' ?

is it normal to see no drop-down in 'history' except 'demographic change'??If so,then where do i get certificate(kit) status(sent or not)?

also , what information is shown in certification progress?

I am asking these because, i did sent mails for these problems to who2contact and [e-mail] and also called the SUN india centre(they gave me the same email ids)

Today i received an email from who2contact telling me that they have fixed my problems and have reset my password.

But i see no changes inside the account, so are the afforesaid signs normal ??

If you just did the exam, your details will not be in the certification database yet. It can take up to two weeks before your information is in the certification database; how long ago did you do the exam?

I took the exam 27 days ago...isn't it a little late for update ?

And the update has not been done yet ..what is it that i am supposed to see in those sections, can you kindly tell me that?

I am feeling helpless, since SUN is not listening..they took long time to send me this mail and they did nothing in reality.

What should i do?

I am having same problem as you do. I've passed my SCJP 6 exam on 30th September and up to this day the Sun Certification Database doesn't even show that I even took an exam. Note that my account on the Prometric site http://register.prometric.com/ shows clearly that i passed the exam on the given date. It's been 3 weeks now and the Sun Certification Database isn't updating. don't really know what to do. Hope this will fix itself soon cause i really really need that diploma in my hands.
