I have this situation, server A and B, each one is running an App. The App in server A generate a file and this file I need put in server B, because the App in server B only can read .txt files in a specific directory ...

someone know how I can do that using web service with Apache Axis ?

Hi!
Personally, I would not consider using a web service to solve this problem.
Instead I would suggest using FTP or a networked file system or some other kind of shared storage.
If you really have to use web services, then I would prefer a RESTful web service.
As a last alternative, I would consider SOAP with attachments and MTOM.
