Hiding left hand side Icons in JFileChooser in Windows  RSS feed

How to hide/disable the "My Recent Documents", "Desktop", "My Documents", "My Computer" & "My Network Places" Icons on the left hand side of JFileChooser.
I am getting left hand side menu in Windows. I want to hide or disable the left hand side menu for JFileChooser.

if any one knows the solution for this. Please help me.

I wonder why didn't they define them as constants or something?
 
It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
