Hello community of portal- and portlet-developers,

First I'd like to introduce myself: I'm Marco Beelen and I'm one of the two exam leads of the portlet exam at JavaBlackBelt.
We are currently constructing the portlet exam and in order to do so, we rely on the help of the community.
We need some help creating new questions and votes on current 'beta-questions'

I would like to hereby invite you to join us in our effort to create a portlet exam at JavaBlackBelt.
Please help us create the possibility for all portlet developers to proof their skills at an independent testing platform.

With kind regards,
Marco Beelen

To contribute you would first have to register for an account at the Community Website of JavaBlackBelt.
This give you access to all existing exams and allows you to make contributions.

To make an actual contribution for the Portlet Basic Exam go to that exam.
On that page you have to ability to add questions to the various categories within the exam.
Also in the section 'Controls' you can find the questions, which need further processing before the are accepted in to the exam.
Each question need 10 positive votes from members of the community before they are promoted to 'accepted'

For existing questions there is also the possibility to make a suggestion to improve the question.
Each proposal for improvement has to be accepted by at least 4 members before the question is changed.

Making a contribution by adding questions or proposal will generation 'Contribution points' which you can use to get access to more and more exams.

    Hope this helps.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    With kind regards,
    Marco Beelen
