I am able to deploy my project but when i run ,the console carries a message: "FAIL - Application at context path /Struts_V1.0 could not be started"

what does it mean?? My project name is : /Struts_V1.0 (Struts2 project) and am working in Netbeans. I tried stop/start Tomcat buit nothing works...

solved !!! It was because of improper naming of class in struts.xml
