Hi,

I am using NetBeans 6.7.1

In this desktop app after the user imports a file, the data is displayed in the JTable.

Before the file is imported the JTable is setVisible(false)

Once the user selects a file to open the code is below

The problem is the header is not colored blue and I do not see the cursor double headed arrow when I try to change the column width even though I am able to change the column width. It is important that the double headed arrows are visible.

I am not sure if it is the IDE or it is my code causing these issues.

Any help is appreciated!

Neither are we. So create a demo program without using the IDE to see if it works.

If you need further help then you need to create a SSCCE (Short, Self Contained, Compilable and Executable, Example Program), that demonstrates the incorrect behaviour.

Don't forget to use the Code Formatting Tags so the posted code retains its original formatting. That is done by selecting the code and then clicking on the "Code" button above the question input area.
