I followed the following tutorial step by step and on running encountered the following error.

Even in the file 'index.jsp' where the actual uri is used, there is an error message : Cannot find the tag library descriptor for "http://jakarta.apache.org/struts/tags-html"
I tried opening the url on the browser and could not do it. So i am guessing thats the problem. Any alternative url's that can be used.
