Please let me know how to access openJMS in a servlet and where the corresponding web application will be deployed in Tomcat

By "access", do you men you want to embed OpenJMS in a web app, or that the web app will be a JMS client to an existing OpenJMS installation? If the latter, then doing that in a web app is no different from doing it in a standalone desktop app.
 
Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
