In general, look at the job specification and see what you can offer. Reflect back on your experience, achievements, and skills to see how you could add value and contribute.

Specifically for Healthcare, questions could be on DICOM standards/implementations/API/Viewer , HL7 (HealthLeve-7) Specifications and Message structures , JavaMediaFramework usually for displaying ECG/HeartBeat/Human Skeletal Modulations..etc. and other web & non web technologies encircling the very objectives of experiance.
