Key to certification is covering mentioned 'Exam Objectives', that you can read from Spec or from book.

EJB3 in Action is good book for preperation & Spec is always best source.

I would suggest every question is based on info covered in the specs, what questions would be asked that aren't?

As Deepika mentioned, the exam covers the Exam objectives, the knowledge for which is covered in the specs.
