Is it possible to after accepting the job offer and before the joining date, to negotiate the salary in terms of rise?
If yes, what tactics or lines to speak up or how to approach?

At least in the US, it would be highly irregular to try and change a salary after accepting an offer at a particular salary.

It is unlikely and the company will have the upper hand since you already accepted the offer

You should be negotiating the salary before final acceptance.

Thanks for the input. I got your points. I made a mistake anyway. After 6 months stay, i will plan to ask them.

You should be careful, if you're not satisfied with the salary and if you haven't already resigned from your current job, you should reconsider.

Think about it what you will lose if you negotiate? If you lose the job, you lose an unwanted job. But if you win you get a job that you're satisfied.

After 6 months there is no guarantee that your future employer will raise your salary, especially if they have yearly performance review.
