I am trying to learn spring jdbc transaction. in my dao (DepartmentDAO) .
i always get auto commit as true.
please let me know where i am wrong

i always get auto commit as true. even if i configure
<prop key="selectAllDepartment">PROPAGATION_NOT_SUPPORTED,-Exception</prop>



how to make auto commit as false?
